On Sunday 16th July over 1200 people from across the Diocese made the journey to Lourdes as part of Kildare and Leighlin’s first Diocesan pilgrimage.
The 5 day event is packed full of wonderful opportunity for prayer and reflection and daily Masses in various locations around the site.
The opening Mass was celebrated today (Monday) and on Wednesday Mass will be led by Kildare and Leighlin at the Grotto, this can be viewed on Lourdes Live TV – a 24hour live stream of the Grotto.
If you would like to follow our diocesan family as they travel the pilgrimage journey you can pray with them from your home or church or wherever you are as the week progresses.
